Our marketing team is passionate about bringing our oncology products to our customers around the world to help them drive improved patient outcomes.
We are recruiting for aGlobal Marketing Executive Director to lead select wave- and asset-specific planning. This role requires outstanding leadership and deep experience in global pipeline, portfolio and product strategy, as well as brand development and launch preparedness. It requires close coordination with relevant disease, functional and geographic counterparts, and managing and guiding a high-performing global marketing team. The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.
As a leader on the global commercial asset team, this individual will be responsible for:
Guiding the development and evolution of select elements of the commercial asset strategy, as well as initial strategy work for certain indications, including development of indication-level L3 and other marketing strategy-related asset deliverables in close collaboration with relevant disease teams, ensuring consistency and cohesion with relevant asset and disease portfolio strategies
Providing commercial insight and guiding planning for select asset-level activities and program development, including:
Providing commercial insights and input to help guide clinical program strategy and evolution and supporting preparations for clinical study and program level reviews and decisions
Coordinating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and providing commercial input on planning and decision-making for market access, V&I and policy-related initiatives
Supporting regulatory/labeling/supply planning
Overseeing select asset- and indication-level planning and execution, including
Forecasting and budget planning, in close coordination with disease counterparts and the analytics team
Preparing for and leading launch readiness and other governance discussions
Data analytics, performance metrics tracking, in close coordination with relevant disease teams and analytics team
Coordination with precision medicine team on commercialization for relevant initial indications
Coaching, guiding and developing a high-performing team
Key Capabilities:
Work effectively with cross-functional partners including clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, manufacturing, CORE, international and domestic operations, etc.
An action- and solution-oriented approach to complex organizations and functions

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 12+ years Pharmaceutical Business experience - marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Understanding of Oncology healthcare market dynamics around innovation & capabilities, and the science of Oncology
Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities
Experience leading strategy development and implementation
Global Marketing experience
Regional/Local Marketing experience
People management experience
Launch experience
Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives
Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams
Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Advanced Degree (i.e. MBA)
Pipeline/early development experience
Experience providing commercial input on such activities as:
Target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, organized customer interactions, market research, demand, revenue, and P&L forecasting, BD&L activities, product development team (PDT) and agency partner management
Experience working with finance and business planning to manage brand forecast and S&OP process
This position requires approximately 15-20% travel, including some weekends.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$255,800.00 - $402,700.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
