Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Emphasize preventive care and patient education to promote long-term health.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based clinical practices.
Schedule and Workload
- Part-Time (0.5 FTE) position with a flexible schedule.
- Shared call responsibilities within the department.
