Job Description
- Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join a well-established practice offering a strong community presence and supportive work environment.
- Competitive base salary and total compensation package including production-based (wRVU) incentive opportunity and a guaranteed base salary for 2 years (no production risk)
- 350-400 Babies delivered per year
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
- Practice Setting: Primarily based in northwestern North Carolina with optional mentorship opportunities in a partnering location approximately 30 minutes away
- Clinic Options: Women s Center or Family Medicine and Obstetrics
- Patient Volume: patients per 8-hour day
- Call: Depending on contract structure maximum of 1 in 3 (10 days/month) or 1 in 4 (7 8 days/month)
- Experience: All experience levels considered
- $50,000 commencement bonus (paid within first month) and relocation assistance available
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, CME allowance ($4,000), NC Medical License and DEA reimbursements, 6 weeks PTO, malpractice coverage (hybrid-occurrence and claims-made with tail if left in good standing), and multiple retirement plans (401k with match, 403b, 457b)
- Located in scenic northwestern North Carolina near the Blue Ridge Mountains; Winston-Salem is approximately 60 miles away with domestic flights available from Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO Greensboro, 75 miles), international travel options from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT 95 miles);
