We have an immediate need for a Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) Physician in Benton Harbor, MI to provide outpatient medical services for our veteran population. This role offers a flexible assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing Western Michigan s rich natural landscapes and family-friendly attractions.

Must have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified or Eligible.

Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of new and returning outpatients
• Responsible for prescribing medications as needed
• Order labs, imaging and other pertinent tests
• Initial screening of patients to determine eligibility
• Responsible for coordination, evaluation, treatment, and overall medical management for eligible Veterans evaluated and treated within the clinic

Hours & Schedule:

• Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays).

Items Required for Submission:

• Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are accepted
• One active, unrestricted State License in any state
• Current DEA
• BLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required
• 3 Current References
