$$160,448 $187,500+ First Year Financial Package in Central Washington
Practice: Independent, Community-Focused Health System

  • Great BONUSES & BENEFITS: $50,000 loan assistance (over 5 years), 7% 403(b) employer contribution, CME week + $2,000, license/DEA reimbursement, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision.

  • Patient base established and growing need within a high-touch home-based primary care program.

  • 232 PTO hours ( 29 days) + 96 sick hours (12 days).

  • Typical volume: 6 8 patients/day ( 32/week), quality-focused care in SNFs/ALFs and homebound settings.

(First-Year Financial Package = Base 1.25 + Commencement Bonus + Relocation Allowance. Base range $128,358 $150,000 $160,448 $187,500 before commencement/relocation.)
