Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is based on experience ($110,000 - $130,000/year)
- Health Insurance - Employer pays 75% (Employee: $66.19-$151.86 biweekly)
- Dental and Vision Insurance Covered 100%

- 12 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 12 Paid Holidays
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) - 5 Days Approved with $2,000 allowance biennially

Responsibilities
- Monday - Thursday (8:00 am - 5:30 pm) & Friday (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a pediatric population, from infancy through adolescence
- Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan
Requirements
- Clear and Active Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Florida
- Must hold, or be eligible and willing to obtain, Florida Autonomous APRN designation pursuant to Florida Statute 464.0123, authorizing independent practice without physician supervision
- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally competent care to children and families
