The Role: This position will be assisting the supervisor in the following areas;
* Mobile Device OperationFulfillment and Shipping
* Weekly inventory counts
* Warehouse & Logistics
* Administrative and Ad Hoc Support
* Setting and completing team goals
* Daily shine activities and ensuring the Assets and surrounding areas are clean and safe before and after each shift.
What you will be working on:
* Responsible for fulfillment requests and maintaining SLA for mobile queue, while maintaining a high level of customer service, positive attitude and professional approach.
* Build New Hire Kits, ship assets, and coordinate with carriers for all outgoing and incoming shipment.
* Receive, organize and stock assets, uniforms, tools, equipment and mobile inventory.
* Perform weekly inventory counts and reconciliation in the assets tracking system.
* Maintain data integrity within the assets tracking system.
* Communicate with the team and other departments in a timely manner.
* Must be flexible on the shift start and end times and all daily assigned tasks are completed as necessary.
* Builds and sustains a culture of safety-first mentality through daily walkthroughs, communicating with the team the expectations and providing ideas to improve safety.
* Ad Hoc assignments as needed.
Who you will work with:
The Assets Supervisor, Field Warehouse Clerks, Assets Manager, and Supporting Field Technicians and Corporate employees.
What we're looking for:
- Be efficient with his/her time and proactively helping others
- Must have PC computer skills, with intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office package
- Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational, verbal, written, presentation, customer service, a motivated self-starter, good time management skills, creative problem solving, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management is required

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
