The Finance Administrative Support position requires a detail-oriented, adaptable individual who can handle various tasks related to financial operations, customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Accounts Payable Support – Assist with managing and processing financial transactions related to payables and receiving.
· Cashier Support – Assist with general cashier balancing and deposit.
· Record Retention – Maintain organized records of financial documents for easy access and compliance.
· Guest Inquiries – Serve as a point of contact for guest-related financial inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
· Report Generation – Create and distribute financial or operational reports for internal teams.
· Redirecting Inquires – Direct any other non-financial inquiries to the appropriate departments/individuals.
· Auditing – Perform audits on specific files or functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Project-Based Work – Assist with additional task and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience
· Microsoft Office Suite experience
· Refined verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and guests
· Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor throughout the day
· Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative by being proactive and independent
· Comfortable with adapting to different systems, processes and environments
· Posses a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
· A true desire to learn and grow within an ever evolving atmosphere
· Eagerness to collaborate across various functions in an effective manner
· Ability to work Monday-Friday, on average 8 hours a day within normal business hours, on site
