Full Job Description
Description:Program Cost Control analyst for RWS (Rotary Wing Sensors) Programs with responsibilities including preparation of budget baselines, estimates-to complete and ensuring forecasts are accurate and complete based upon technical, schedule and cost in statement of work. Track financial performance of the program highlighting risk & opportunities as well as future funding requirements. Complete quarterly Contract Status Reports (CSR) by working with functions to establish time phased model data to forecast Sales, Profit and Cash as it relates to Order timing. Will work with contracts, billings, accounting and functions to ensure timely closeout of contracts. Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures. Prepare and present financial status to leadership as required. All responsibilities will have training and oversight by Program Finance Team as well as Team Lead.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance or related discipline
-- Ability to obtain a security clearance
-- Knowledge of cost management processes & strong financial analytical skills
-- Strong communication and presentation skills
-- Works effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
-- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, problem solver, adapts to change
Desired Skills:
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
-- Possess the capacity for the development and use of pivot tables, as well as advanced Excel applications.
-- Proficiency in creation and use of complex databases, spreadsheets and presentation applications
-- Ability to Multi-task and take on challenging assignments
-- Possess the ability to work effectively under deadline pressure.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
