Finance Manager, BAP for Honeywell International,
Inc. (Colonial Heights, VA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the business analysis and planning function for the finance department.
Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans and budgets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Play a critical role in the evolution of Honeywell's overall financial information program, including areas such as management reporting, data management, and related systems and processes.
Prepare and provide information for presentations for C-Suite members and other executives.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Job Site: Colonial Heights, VA 40 hours/week
Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500
If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5 years of finance experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in the above-listed fields and 2 years of finance experience. Full term of experience must include: Strong financial planning and analysis skills; manufacturing accounting knowledge; experience developing forecasts and operating plans; proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle and SAP systems; ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues; ability to establish and implement clear and efficient processes. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
