SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst position plays a strategic role in supporting core Lines of Business (LOBs) and Regional leadership by delivering timely, insightful, and actionable financial analysis, reporting, and business performance insights. This role is responsible for designing and producing reports and dashboards, conducting financial modeling, and partnering with stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical expertise in applications such as or similar to, Excel, Essbase, Power BI, and PowerPoint
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assists in the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports · Sourcing data for regular and ad hoc reporting from core systems and other bank databases · Analyzes financial data for trends and anomalies · Supports financial functions including: budgeting, forecasting, funds transfer pricing, profitability, interest rate risk and investment management · Assists in the maintenance and development of the systems used for various areas including reporting, forecasting, analysis, funds transfer pricing and profitability · Conducts research and analysis to provide management with definitive financial data · Participates in ad hoc financial projects as required SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to comprehend and adhere to Federal and State banking regulations, Company policies and procedures, and successfully participate in regulatory and Company training requirements via multiple and variable delivery methods. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor (4-year college) degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline 2. 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience 3. Solid understanding of finance principles, including bank financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc) 4. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends, perform complex calculations and interpret data 5. Strong presentation (oral and written communication) skills with ability to effectively communicate to senior executives and finance partners 6. Advanced computer skills required: Excel, Access, PowerPoint 7. Highly preferred skills: Hyperion Essbase, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI 8. Team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills 9. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Ex: CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc)
