Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise-wide finance/accounting functions including Corporate, Residential, and Hospitality Controllers and Director of Finance & Investments
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end, and year-end close processes for all entities
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across divisions
- Coordinate audit processes
- Deliver timely and accurate consolidated financial statements and operational reporting
- Partner with Asset Management and operational leaders to ensure financial data supports enterprise decision-making; provide input on cost trends, compliance, and cash impact of strategic decisions
- Collaborate with business leaders to align financial reports and performance metrics with organizational goals
- Manage budget and variance analysis processes
- Guide operational accounting/finance matters
- CPA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience; 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success managing multi-entity, multi-division environments
- Strong systems orientation, ideally with Yardi or similar platform
- High integrity and ability to work collaboratively across functions
