Join the Coca-Cola Company as a Financial Systems Manager within the Consolidations & Reporting Team of the Controller’s Group. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and focused individual who excels at navigating and prioritizing multiple responsibilities and possesses strong digital capabilities.
You will be working closely with a small team of 2 peers and will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our SAP Financial Consolidation system. Key responsibilities include maintaining the SAP Financial Consolidation system, updating and evaluating master data, improving and testing system processes, managing security access, and preparing the system for financial closes. In this role you will collaborate with Finance, Global IT, Data Governance Teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency essential for the closing processes.

What You’ll Do for Us:
- Maintain and ensure the reliability of the SAP Financial Consolidation system.
- Manage security access and provisioning to safeguard system integrity.
- Administer master data maintenance and system configuration processes.
- Conduct data extraction, research, and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Provide global user support and troubleshooting during financial close processes.
- Plan and execute day-to-day work to meet global deadlines.
- Communicate system changes and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with Finance, Data Governance Teams, and other key stakeholders for smooth collaborative efforts.
- Participate in global process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline maintenance processes and enhance efficiency using AI, Microsoft and other tools.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced systems analysis skills and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of company policies, procedures, and GAAP.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across various levels of management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of system configuration and master data management.
- Capability to use AI and Microsoft tools to enhance process efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial systems or finance preferred.
- Exceptional prioritization skills and adherence to guidelines and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for system applications and data analysis.
