Pay Rate: $53 - $57Top Requirements:
  1. 5–8 years total software engineering experience, with core .NET skills actively used within the last 4 years
  2. 3+ years with .NET Core, REST API development, Web API, and backend engineering
  3. 2+ years SQL Server and SQL database development
  4. 2+ years Autosys job scheduling
  5. 2+ years cloud experience, preferably OpenShift (OCP)
  6. 3+ years Agile development experience
  7. Understanding of AI technologies
  8. Experience modernizing legacy applications into cloud‑native / containerized architectures
  9. Strong CI/CD knowledge (pipelines, tools, deployment automation)
Plusses / Nice to Have:
  1. Experience with Google Apigee API gateway
  2. Kafka integration or platform experience
  3. Experience with modernization efforts and containerization
  4. HackerRank/Glider assessment-ready candidates
  5. Experience supporting production releases (including occasional evening releases)
  6. Exposure to vulnerability management and remediation
Job Summary:

The Software Engineer 3 will participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives supporting 10+ applications related to mail and print operations—specifically scanning and printing shipping labels. The engineer will work as a core member of the team, focusing primarily on .NET development, SQL, and cloud modernization efforts. Responsibilities include developing APIs, enhancing cloud‑native solutions, participating in modernization and AI integrations, supporting application releases, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. This role requires hands-on cloud, .NET, and automation experience to support ongoing transformation and operational needs.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core, Web API, and RESTful architectures

• Work with Angular and front‑end components when needed

• Perform SQL development: queries, stored procedures, optimization, troubleshooting

• Manage and build workflows with Autosys

• Support containerized deployments in OpenShift (OCP)

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

• Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures

• Assist with AI integrations into existing applications

• Participate in vulnerability remediation and ensure compliance with security standards

• Support application releases, including occasional evening deployments

• Work closely with other developers, testers, SMEs, and operational teams

• Provide operational support for assigned applications across the ecosystem
