Game Day Authentics Associate

Position Summary:
The Game Day Authentics Associate is responsible for all in-games sales of authenticated merchandise at Target Field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed prior to gates opening for each game.
- Maintain a clean and organized area.
- Provide information to fans that may have questions about the Minnesota Twins Authentics program.
- Put all products away after the conclusion of the game.
- Handle credit transactions.
- Always maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of past and current Minnesota Twins players, as well as other players around Major League Baseball is required.
- Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus.
- Outgoing, friendly, and the ability to work with others.
- Self-starter with leadership skills.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work all Minnesota Twins home games which can include mid-week afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays as game schedule requires.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
