Hospital in eastern Tennessee is seeking BE/BC Gastroenterologists to join their rapidly expanding GI hospitalist team. This employed position has 14-18 days of protected time off per month. These positions have salaries in the 90+ percentile of the MGMA. The position is designed as a shift coverage model. Require coverage of general GI clinic, procedures, and hospital call. APP support. Flexible schedules and unmatched practice support Focus on providing excellent patient care without managing an office, overhead, or billing. Multi-specialty collaboration within a mission-driven, integrated healthcare system Work with a physician-led and managed medical group where physicians drive strategy, vision and project implementation. Professional development opportunities in teaching, research, mentorship, physician leadership, and community service are available. Student loan forgiveness to the maximum tax-free allowable by law. Work 10-14 days per month or a week on/week off and be paid as if working full-time.
