About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the visual expression of our brand across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate closely with our Associate Creative Director, designers, copywriters, and marketing team to develop engaging and innovative content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development:
    • Create visually compelling designs for a variety of mediums, including social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and in-store experiences.
    • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity while adhering to brand guidelines.
    • Develop original and innovative content that aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Creative Project Management:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
    • Monitor all stages of project development, from pre-production to post-production.
    • Manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Design Excellence:
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
    • Translate business needs and marketing requirements into impactful design solutions.
    • Present design concepts clearly and effectively, and incorporate feedback constructively.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience (junior-level candidates with strong portfolios will be considered)
  • BFA in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Excellent typography skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • A passion for design and a collaborative spirit
  • Experience with photography and video production is a plus
  • Must have an online portfolio showcasing relevant work samples

Bonus Points:

  • Background in creating social media content
  • Experience with digital and print production processes

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.40 to $41.56  an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
