Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled graphic designer to create a visually compelling map illustrating a transportation route. This map will be used in public-facing communications and should reflect the brand's branding and design standards.
The designer will work remote on this initial project, and then may be tapped for additional projects as needed.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Design a custom map from scratch showcasing the a transportation route.
- Reference previous maps as a design benchmark, but apply current branding and visual treatment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Deliver initial design concepts within 1.5 weeks.
- Incorporate feedback, and revise based on edits.
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Proven experience in map design, transportation graphics, or similar visual storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to interpret and visualize geographic and transit data creatively.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistency across deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
