Job Description
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer available to work 40 hours per week in Earth City, MO. This role will start out freelance and then convert to a permanent salaried position after around 4 months. We're looking for a Graphic Designer with experience creating visually compelling, brand-aligned artwork for print collateral, apparel and promotional merchandise. The ideal candidate will bring innovative concepts to life while ensuring all designs meet print and manufacturing specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce creative, production-ready artwork for apparel and merchandise.
- Develop designs that support professional sports teams, corporations, schools, and organizations.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Assist with broader design needs, including marketing collateral, print layouts, and social media assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Production Art, Head of Marketing & Creative, Sales, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely designs from concept through production.

- Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional, positive, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Schedule:
- Technically onsite but with a lot of flexibility to work hybrid as needed.
