Grow your career as a Group Service Specialist with ALG Vacations. You will handle Travel Advisor phone calls, chats, questions, and requests. You will own cases and tasks and ensure the assigned work is being completed effectively and efficiently.

Essential Functions:

· Truly enjoy customer service and have a strong understanding of Groups.

· Own & close cases and tasks and consistently meet KPI expectations.

· Help with finalization and the phone queue if team members on other pods are out or during busy season.

· Monitor Room Lists, Final Countdown Letters and assign the Queue as needed.

· Strive to grow repeat business by building customer rapport and providing outstanding service.

· Collaborate with other service team members and team leaders to meet team expectations and provide suggestions for process improvements.

· Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by leader.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma/equivalent required

· 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools – Excel, Word, TEAMS & PowerPoint

· Experience utilizing CRM tools to help manage business

· Strong Customer Service and problem-solving skills

· Great technology skills and detail oriented

· Ability to work with team members in both an office & work at home environment

· Maintain focus & energy in fast-paced group environment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication

· Ability to travel up to 5%, Domestic or International

The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $18 to $21. This position is also eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, or incentive awards.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
