We are setting the standard for a modern sports and entertainment brand that shapes a better tomorrow for all.    Position Summary:  The Guest Services team at the Minnesota Twins ensure a positive fan experience by assisting with seating, providing information, and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include crowd management, ticket support, and contributing to a vibrant stadium atmosphere.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Directing guests outside the facility regarding entry procedures.
  • Welcoming guests as they enter the facility. 
  • Scanning ticket at gate entrances. 
  • Passing out promotional items. 
  • Assisting guests with disabilities to and from gates/seats.
  • Providing guests wayfinding information.
  • Checking tickets at restricted access points.
  • Performing safety checks. 
  • Working inside an elevator to assist guests with wayfinding and ballpark access.
  • Answer questions regarding Target Field amenities, services, and policies/procedures.
  • Reporting first-aid, housekeeping, and security incidents via communication device.
  • Communicating effectively with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and management.
  • Work together as a team with fellow staff.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Twins baseball. 
  • Other various Guest Services duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 events during season - including 10 Friday/Saturday/Sunday games in June/July/August.
  • Ability to work special event requirement, varies by event schedule (1 of 2, or 2 of 3-4).
  • Ability to work a shift of approximately 6.5 hours.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Outgoing, creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about Twins baseball and assisting guests of Target Field.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a seated position for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time. 
  • Ability to walk stairs repeatedly during shift. 
  • Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility. 
  • Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. 
  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
