Job Description
- Monitor incoming ingredients to confirm compliance with specifications and regulatory expectations.
- Record physical attribute data for incoming ingredients.
- Coordinate ingredient testing schedules with Logistics based on risk and regulatory needs.
- Support microbiological and chemical sampling programs.
- Track supplier noncompliance in ICIX and maintain documentation required for regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Supplier Quality on ingredient disposition and vendor followup.
- Maintain and document the raw material hold list.
- Coordinate holds, dispositions, and noncompliance photos.
- Verify Certificates of Analysis for ingredient loads.
- Conduct weekly production area audits focused on GMP and sanitation compliance.
- Manage the material verification program.
- Support adherence to the plant's Kosher program.
- Provide training on GMPs, HACCP, and foodsafety procedures.
- Support the Quality and Food Safety Manager/Supervisors as needed.
- High school diploma or GED
- Regulatory experience supporting food safety or compliance programs
- Three or more years of experience in the food industry or equivalent regulatory experience
- Knowledge of Good Sanitation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Skill to interpret product specifications and testing procedures
- Willingness to work assigned schedules and essential overtime

Compensation
Pay Range:$49,000-$65,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
