Summary:
Provide high quality, timely, professional, efficient communications between/among all our customers, internal and external in meeting our mission of providing a clean and safe environment and outstanding customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
Patients and families, associates, other departments’ personnel are served in providing our services. Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of the department and hospital. Ensures that contacts with all other healthcare team members is friendly, helpful and courteous at all times.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- High School Grad/GED is minimum.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 12 months as team leader/supervisor/manager.
LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION
- N/A
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated at all levels in understanding our customer needs and requests. Verbal and written office skills (as attached). Telephone, compose letters, memos, filing, interviewing, counseling, office machines, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, FAX.
