Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This role will assume responsibility for monitoring and assessing compliance with EEO laws, identifying trends and disparities, and addressing areas of concern. By leveraging workforce analytics, the contractor will assist in the development of data-driven strategies and solutions that promote equal opportunity across the organization.
