Job Description

JustinBradley’s client, a global technology giant within the payments processing platform, is seeking a People Specialist for a six-month assignment to support the People & Capability (P&C) team. This role partners with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to drive HR initiatives, maintain operational excellence, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The position provides exposure to global teams and strategic people initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic People Initiatives

  • Support projects in workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement, and training.
  • Contribute to organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
  • Assist in communications and rollout of programs that promote a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate job requisition updates, position changes, and headcount management in Workday.
  • Support People Business Partners and leaders with HR systems and processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy across employee records and reporting structures.

Data & Reporting

  • Analyze workforce metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on talent and organizational trends.
  • Ensure data integrity and partner with stakeholders to improve reporting quality.

Talent Mobility & Compliance

  • Coordinate mobility and green card approval processes with internal stakeholders.

Ad Hoc & Project Support

  • Provide support for ongoing people-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate deliverables, track progress, and report outcomes.
  • Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present findings; advanced Excel preferred.
  • HR Systems: Familiarity with HR processes; experience with Workday strongly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization.
  • Experience using AI tools or prompt engineering to streamline reporting or analysis.
  • Knowledge of talent management systems and change management best practices.

Ideal Candidate

  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to meaningful HR and business outcomes.

Hourly Rate: $32-$36
