Our enterprise Telecom client is seeking a Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. There is potential to convert to FTE.
This role is preferred hybrid onsite 4 days a week in Stamford, CT, however there is remote flexibility for the perfect fit!
Role Summary
The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of influencer and creator partnerships across social platforms, driving full-funnel impact through brand storytelling, direct-response content, and optimized performance assets for paid social campaigns. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer programs align with business objectives, resonate with target audiences, and deliver measurable results. Combining creativity with data-driven insights, you will help scale a best-in-class influencer program that builds trust, expands reach, and improves campaign performance.
Top Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in influencer and creator marketing across multiple social platforms.
Strong understanding of the creator economy and expertise in sourcing and managing influencers for storytelling, UGC, and paid campaigns.
Proven ability to evaluate creative quality and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
Additional Qualifications
Experience managing influencer programs end-to-end, including contracts, usage rights, whitelisting, and compliance.
Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with influencer tools such as Sprout Influencer, CreatorIQ, GRIN, AspireIQ.
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics (CTR, VCR, CPA, ROAS) and making optimization recommendations.
Preferred experience in telecom, tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based services.
Knowledge of attribution models, incrementality testing, and influencer indexing.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Program Development
Support creation of full-funnel influencer programs aligned with business and campaign goals.
Assist in annual and campaign influencer planning, including content mix, tiers, and budgets.
Partner with brand, paid social, content, and media teams for integrated execution.
Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management
Identify and evaluate creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Maintain relationships with creators, managers, agencies, and platforms.
Ensure influencer partnerships reflect diverse audiences and uphold brand safety.
Content Briefing, Production & Approvals
Develop creative briefs outlining messaging, deliverables, and CTAs.
Oversee production from concept to approval, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and FTC guidelines.
Collaborate with creative and paid teams for content adaptation.
Paid Social Integration
Partner with paid social teams to amplify influencer content.
Manage whitelisting, permissions, rights, and content handoff.
Support content testing to improve KPIs.
Campaign Execution & Measurement
Manage timelines, approvals, and campaign launches.
Track live content and partner with agencies on reporting.
Analyze creator performance and recommend future partnerships.
Budget & Vendor Management
Oversee agencies and influencer platforms.
Evaluate sourcing, briefing, rights, and measurement tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, Social, Paid Media, Content, CRM, Legal, and Product teams.
Promote influencer best practices internally and ensure alignment with integrated messaging.
