What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as a Senior Process Engineer, where you'll drive innovation and excellence in manufacturing by leading Continuous Improvement initiatives for both new and existing products and processes. You'll ensure compliance with quality standards, optimize yields and efficiency, and elevate product performance through data-driven solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead product pilots, analyze and present findings, and implement robust QA programs. You'll also guide process capability studies, develop control systems, and support the professional growth of direct reports—all while shaping the future of high-quality production.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field
Experience with injection molding and/or plastic parts
Quality courses or certifications preferred
Excellent computer proficiency required
Minimum 7 years in process design, problem-solving, engineering, and/or quality
Experience in golf ball manufacturing preferred
