Job Overview

The Integrated Business Planning Analyst will support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Sales & Operations Planning and Execution. Key tasks include balancing supply and demand to achieve optimal business results, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership that summarize performance metrics and forecasts, and identifying potential risks with strategies for mitigation. The role involves driving decision-making through scenario reporting and analysis, as well as implementing continuous improvement practices within the IBP framework.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Business Planning process for Sales & Operations Planning as well as Sales & Operations Execution. Balance supply and demand across various horizons to foster actions that result in optimal business outcomes for the enterprise organization.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key performance metrics, forward looking forecast, and progress toward business goals.
  • Identify potential risks and support strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity. Communicate actions and track outcomes through reporting and analysis.
  • Drive decision-making by reporting and presenting the various scenarios and their consequences to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices in Integrated Business Planning.
  • Support the Integrated Business Planning process for Sales & Operations Planning as well as Sales & Operations Execution. Balance supply and demand across various horizons to foster actions that result in optimal business outcomes for the enterprise organization.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Experience in Sales and Operations planning, with an understanding of supply chain technology and large data sets
  • Ability to perform robust evaluation of forecast performance
  • Detail Oriented and proficient in Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Communication – tailors communication to meet the need of key partners and situations
  • Seek collaborative solutions to support customer needs
  • Self-Starter – need for limited direction

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Driver's License Required

Work Environment

Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment
