Intern, Business Strategy & Analytics

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Gain hands-on experience supporting business analytics, revenue management, strategy, data science, and fan insights for the Minnesota Twins.
- Contribute to projects including business intelligence, forecasting, pricing, data visualization, strategy development, opportunity assessments, market research, fan insights, benchmarking, and planning.
- Use programming (Python or R), SQL, data visualization platforms, and analytical tools to solve real-world business problems and create impactful presentations, recommendations, reports, and dashboards.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Strategy & Analytics team and cross-functional partners from a variety of business verticals.
- College student or recent college graduate.
- Coursework or practical experience in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, corporate strategy, or research methodologies.
- Experience and/or proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling; experience with SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required.
- General understanding of sales operations, event ticketing, and market/fan research.
