Responsibilities
The internship is an 8–10-week summer program for individuals interested in becoming a future leader within our organization. During the internship, you will have the chance to learn about various functions within our business. You will work alongside members of our management team to support decision making opportunities related to production improvements. In addition, you will support the quality team to improve the effectiveness of a sensory/taste-testing program and the role of the quality department in the beverage industry. The intern will support the facility in maintaining the highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination, utilize recipe management and conduct qualitative/quantitative testing of beverages/syrups and raw materials throughout the entire production process.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
