Position Summary:

We're looking for a technically sharp intern who is curious to learn supply chain business processes. This role will help us build and deploy AI Copilot agents that integrate with our core supply chain systems to improve supply chain visibility, productivity, and enable enhanced risk management. This role is designed for a student who is motivated to apply analytical, systems, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced biopharma supply chain environment and Technical and Functional dimensions.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
Technical: AI Agents for Supply Chain Organization
You'll build AI Copilot agents using modern frameworks and APIs to connect with our SaaS stack — Kinaxis, Smartsheet, Data Warehouse, PEGA and ShareNet. You'll work with IT to design integration that handles authentication, data retrieval, and action execution. Beyond building, you'll help define what the agent can do: writing system prompts, designing tool/function call schemas, tuning responses for real user workflows, and managing data privileges for user groups. You'll also participate in testing, debugging, and iterating based on feedback from internal users. Functional: Planning & Supply Chain Support

This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting.
