Position Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them
Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory
Ensure that product is rotated on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis, establishing procedures for incoming and outgoing products to ensure proper rotation
Maintain accurate records to facilitate shortage detection, prepare reports on inventory analysis and shrinkage, and serve as a key contributor in the area of inventory optimization
Independently evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational needs
Prepare and implement logical organization (slotting) of warehouse products to ensure successful operations while working with procurement to improve the total supply chain process
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
