The Team
We are seeking an entry-level IT Customer Success Specialist to join our Corporate IT team. You will ensure our customers have positive experiences with our IT products and services and proactively support and resolve user issues as they arise. In addition, you will conduct trainings, write communications, create job aids and video training content, and develop presentations containing IT-related enablement and learning content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills and a passion for technology, be highly motivated and detail-oriented, and have a desire to help others succeed.
What You Can Offer Us
- Train customers on various IT products and services.
- Write clear and concise communications to inform customers about updates, features, and best practices.
- Create user guides and documentation to assist customers with using our IT products effectively.
- Collaborate with the IT team to understand product features and translate technical information into user-friendly content.
- Assist with troubleshooting customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Gather customers’ feedback and work with the team to improve the customers’ overall experiences.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the IT team and company objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, or knowledge of or experience with the same, preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Ability to think proactively and manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in team environments across diverse projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Experience in a customer success or support role.
- Accuracy in grammar and spelling.
- Some knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
