Description:This Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations (EO) position is responsible of handling technical problems and answering queries by telephone and/or chat in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - diagnoses, identification, and isolation of problems based upon customer interaction. -For chat support, handles multiple chat engagements simultaneously. -Researches and analyzes problems utilizing knowledge articles or own expertise, May route calls to product line specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS AT THE LOCKHEED MARTIN SITE IN AGUADILLA, PUERTO RICO.
US Citizenship is required at this facility.
Basic Qualifications:
-Strong English Language Skills Required (Verbal, Reading & Written)
-Good communications skills -Excellent Customer Service Skills -
-Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems -Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
-Basic Technical Troubleshooting skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
-Ability to document incident information and follow technical/written processes
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a team environment and superior customer service skills with a focus on telephone and chat etiquette.
* VPN/Remote access support experience -
* iOS support experience -
* PC/Technical Support service desk experience and documentation -ITSM and/or support experience, HDI and ITIL familiarity
* Previous IT, Helpdesk experience -
* Ability to multi-task and deliverer excellent customer experience
* Knowledge of computer keyboard, Typing agility and accuracy
* Basic understanding of AI tools.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
