What You Will Be Doing
Join Acushnet Company’s dynamic digital team as a Lead Back End Developer, where you’ll architect and build scalable, secure backend systems powering innovative mobile and web experiences. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive microservice development using C# and .NET Core, deploy to Azure Kubernetes environments, and integrate with cutting-edge AI services and enterprise platforms. You’ll collaborate across agile teams, mentor developers, and shape backend architecture using modern design patterns like BFF. What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of back-end development using C# and .NET Core
- Microservices development and deployment in Azure Kubernetes environments
- Service layer development leveraging Azure services (Blob Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid)
- Strong grasp of Backend for Frontend (BFF) design pattern
- Entity Framework Core and MS SQL Server expertise
- Enterprise-grade API and platform integration experience
- Backend systems optimized for mobile and web experiences
- Secure interface implementation using OAuth 2.0 and OICD
- Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence
- Agile development experience in SAFe environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Monitoring and observability using DataDog
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GA4, BigQuery)
- DevOps pipeline experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and API versioning best practices
