PURPOSE: 
Lead process support and serves as a technical resource in complex process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives. Lead the creation of baseline process maps, identifies inefficiencies, and re-designs and re-imagines the process to deliver superior customer experiences.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Acts as process owner and demonstrates tangible benefits and value of the process.
  • Leads collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze gaps, and document processes.
  • Lead the adoption, success, and maintenance of processes.
  • Evaluate metrics, identify and implement improvement strategies.
  • Performs validation activities on existing and new processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 8 years of relevant process engineering experience or demonstrated ability to perform the functions at the level required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Develop Plans of Actions (POAs) based on provided Deployment Guides (DGs) for all minor and major application and infrastructure release activities.
  • Support Change Management team in ensuring that all changes go through the CCB process and are approved for deployment.
  • Collaborate with customer to develop and manage to annual Code Release calendar.
  • Manage all Release communications across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Coordinate all resources required to ensure successful Release.
  • Track and communication progress of each Release.
  • Serve as primary coordination point across all engaged teams for all Release activities.
  • Schedule/run release readiness reviews prior to deployments and mid-Release status reviews.
  • Facilitate improvements in Release Management methodologies.
  • Coordinate Change Control Board activities, including ensuring Change requests related to Release activities are approved.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Ability to motivate others and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques.
  • Ability to work with data and analytics.
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Salary Range: $103,536 - $205,634
