Position Overview
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful lease-up of your property, achieving monthly leasing and move-in goals. This role involves contributing to our brand visibility and saturation of the local market, executing brand visibility strategies, supporting local partnerships, participating in pop-up events, and enhancing the on-site prospect experience.
What You Will Do
- Achieve leasing goals and ensure the successful lease-up of the Oxenfree community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, revenue optimization & sales, marketing, and training, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Monitor leasing trends and performance, and work collaboratively with revenue operations (rev ops) and sales teams to determine appropriate strategies and tactics
- Provide insights to guide marketing strategies in collaboration with the strategy and research team
- Execute the leasing process in collaboration with the Community Manager
- Adapt and pivot leasing strategies as needed to continually generate awareness and leads
- Perform day-to-day sales functions within the leasing office/model unit
- Utilize all sales tools to provide cohesive messaging throughout nurture campaigns and prospect communication
- Assist in executing go-to-market strategies to promote brand awareness and ensure a successful lease-up by cultivating strong strategic partnerships and implementing off-property sponsorships/events
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
Ideally, You'll Have
- High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of proven experience in leasing, real estate development, or property management, with a track record of successful lease-ups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and Windows and/or Apple operating systems
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Proficiency in overseeing the responsibilities of a lease-up team and delivering clear and effective reports
- Energetic, imaginative, and enthusiastic, adept at articulating a compelling vision and securing leases effectively
- Experience with Entrata and Yardi Software(s)
