Title: Loss Prevention Representative

Location: Northeast of San Antonio, TX

Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday

Openings: 2

Start: January 2026

Pay Range: $18-20hr on W2 paid weekly with optional benefits

Project Overview

This project supports the Loss Prevention team by handling administrative tasks and light analysis, allowing collectors to return to their primary role of telephone collections. The role focuses on reviewing reports, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate data entry in internal systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze reports identifying members with multiple client accounts (e.g., credit cards and delinquent loans).
  • Determine risk factors such as payment history and delinquency status.
  • Enter notes and updates into Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Loss Prevention team.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members; no direct customer interaction required.
