  • A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities and find success for Fidelity and our customers.
  • Demonstrating a mix of analytical skills, you always focus on business use cases and customer needs.
  • Support the use of data to create narratives about customer experiences, identifying both successes and areas for improvement to guide future initiatives and strategies.
  • Assist in translating business needs or questions into hypotheses that can be tested through data analysis or experimentation.
  • Ability to manipulate and synthesize data from large and sometimes unwieldy data into a cohesive story that delivers insights to a broad audience in a simple, clear, and actionable way.
  • Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
  • Continuously improving data analytics and insights capabilities and spreading that knowledge and expertise throughout the organization
  • Delivering data-driven and actionable insights to enable objective, informed business, and product decisions
  • Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. a plus
  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. a plus
