  • Lead customer data acceleration initiatives that improve accessibility, consistency, and usability of customer insights across the enterprise.
  • Own the Marketing/Customer data domains, including business definitions, data quality standards, governance, enterprise products, and trusted metrics
  • Translate business priorities into clear requirements, BRDs, use cases, and measurable product outcomes for data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Manage delivery from intake through implementation by tracking milestones, facilitating meetings, resolving issues, escalating risks, and communicating delays or changes in direction in a timely manner.
  • Work with business and BI leadership to evaluate demand, rationalize business value, prioritize requests, and communicate tradeoffs or escalation needs.
  • Lead creation and review of all deliverables related to report and ad-hoc data requests. Ensure the high quality of final outputs.
  • Support adoption of BI and Customer Insights capabilities by developing training materials, job aids, rollout support, and business-facing communications.
  • Consult with Technology teams on upcoming programs, dependencies, solution design considerations, and delivery planning.
  • Troubleshoot and support BI product issues while managing a pipeline of enhancements, opportunities, and continuous improvement items.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by driving adoption, reinforcing single-source-of-truth metrics, and measuring whether Customer Insights capabilities create meaningful business value.
  • Contribute to financial planning, capability roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Information department.

What you need to be successful...

  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or an equivalent diploma
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics/BI/data management or related disciplines in a medium to large company
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer data, CRM, CDP, loyalty, or marketing analytics initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization; effective listener and can negotiate to obtain consensus between multiple groups.
  • Ability to network, develop relationships, and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven organization skills; ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, identifying creative ways to accomplish work when resources are limited, or hurdles are high
  • Working knowledge and hand-on experience with BI tools and modern cloud platforms (e.g.MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Snowflake)
