Medline Industries has an immediate opening for a Manager of Business Operations position within our Orthopedics Product Division. This position will be based out of our Southaven, MS location. The Manager of Business Operations is responsible for leading and managing a team of operations analysts and a team of operations specialists to deliver data-driven insights that support the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management - lead and manage field inventory operations (trunk stock, loaner inventory, etc.).
Lead collaboration between sales and operations to ensure availability for surgical cases, conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Support new product launches and territory expansions with effective inventory planning and execution.
Oversee distribution and fulfillment operations as site leader responsible for both people and management.
Work closely with leadership to inform decision-making, optimize business performance, and drive operational strategies and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, operations and/or supply chain management.
Additional
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience with SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Work Experience
Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.
Additional
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements.
Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices, resolving service issues and reconciling differences.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$100,360.00 - $150,800.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
