Medline Industries has an immediate opening for a Manager Business Operations with our Dynacor division. This role will be based out of our Chicago-Merchandise Mart location. The Manager of Business Operations is responsible for leading and managing a team of operations analysts and a team of operations specialists to deliver data-driven insights that support the organization’s strategic objectives.Business operations to include: inventory management, division analytics, forecast/demand planning, allocation management, and process improvement.
This role involves working closely with leadership to inform decision-making, optimize business performance, and drive operational strategies and continuous process improvement.
The Manager of Business Operations plays a crucial role in guiding the business operations analytics team and the operations specialist team to success while fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical support to various departments.
Job Description
Build and lead a team, creating and maintaining a motivated workforce, both domestic and overseas. Provide leadership and guidance to BOA's and Managers, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions to address their challenges and opportunities.
Responsible for developing and executing business operational strategy aligning with business goals and priorities.
Implement best practices for process improvement and operational expense optimization. Ensure new processes are in alignment with standardization focus of the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership among cross functional teams to ensure optimal visibility to business performance is in alignment with cross department needs.
Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
