Manager, Execution and Performance Management
Job Description
Position Overview:
The Manager, Execution and Performance Management role will use data to identify opportunities for the NAOU to grow against the Commercial 7Cs (i.e., SOVI, CDE 10/k, etc.) both at an NAOU level and at the customer and franchise/Bottler level. This role will report to the Group Director of Execution Excellence and Performance Mgmt. This role will be responsible for preparing business reporting supporting performance stewardship and the commercial outlook for the Monthly Business reviews, the Commercial LRP/ABP, and the Execution Cup (Marketstreet Challenge). This role will be analytical first, but also action oriented with regards to opportunities for improved execution and results.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for mining the data in the Execution scorecards for insights (NAOU’s 7Cs) Supports Marketstreet Challenge reporting and tracking.
Supports all execution and performance reporting and tracking.
Provide insights and actions against execution goals (e.g., volume delivery, share, SOVI, availability CDE placement, net outlets, KOZS penetration)
Provide insights and supporting action recommendations against aligned execution metrics (e.g., SOVI, Share, PicOS Acceptance % by Bottler, Market Street Challenge)
Additional ad hoc analysis to support the business
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Undergraduate Degree Required, MBR Preferred.
Related Work Experience:
3+ years of experience Commercial / Commercial Ops / Finance / Strategy or applicable fields
Experience developing business plans / business cases; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating future needs)
Experience and comfort working directly with system leaders; aligning leaders with differing perspectives to gain consensus.
Bottler operations is a plus, not required.

Strong analytical skills – ability to draw insights and actions from data; ability to develop volumetric & financial models that can accommodate multiple inputs from diverse data sources and be used for scenario planning.

Solid Data Interpretation skills – ability to understand complex data and ability to explain to Customers, Bottlers, etc. in a way that is meaningful to their business needs.
Functional Skills:
Strong communication and collaborations skills
Strong analytical skills and experience in execution and performance measurements/tools and information systems.
Proficient with all Microsoft applications word, excel, ppt, Outlook, PowerBI, etc.
Demonstrated business curiosity and interest in learning
Strong problem-solving mentality.
Understanding of bottler operations is a plus (not a requirement)
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and PowerBI
