The selected candidate will:
• Be available to participate in 24X7 on-call operations as requested by the government
• Providing functional leadership to the team in a strong engineering organization, collaborating with peers across multiple organizations.

• Participate in engineering activities related to our Intelligence, Systems, Infrastructure, Tools & Enhancements (InSITE) Program as well as other relevant Northrop Grumman Defense Systems programs
• Have a track record as an effective team member with excellent engineering skills
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering development projects or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering development projects
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience in managing or coordinating the implementation and delivery of sophisticated software systems in support of Government customers
• Previous experience in people and / or technical leadership roles
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Able to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification or IAT Level II equivalent per DoD 8570.01 within 60 days of start date
• Experience with Cloud-Based Technologies
• Ability to hold a technical role on the DAF CLOUDworks program at AFRL/RI
• Available to participate in 24X7 on-call operations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with multiple subcontractors concurrently
• Program Management experience working with National Air Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Combat Command (ACC) or Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
• Business development and/or proposal experience
• Experience leading a team in the Engineering department of a matrix-like organization
• Experience leading engineering teams using Agile processes and continuous integration / continuous deployment processes and tools
• Knowledge of AFRL/RI contracting process and procedures
Primary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
