Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager for Talent Management initiatives, including Talent Planning, to ensure alignment and timing of key initiatives, including managing the talent calendar.
  • Supports the Culture and Inclusion initiatives including being the primary liaison and ambassador for the business including meeting facilitation, project management, creating content and communications.
  • Standardizes process to identify talent strengths and opportunities and recommends strategies and changes based on employee feedback (including YourVoice and eNPS) and ongoing employee data analysis.
  • Creates branded decks and communications to support talent management related initiatives.
  • Manage program nomination activities and Gig program including identifying nominees, communication, tracking and feedback.
  • Tracks and maintains the database of talent planning actions to ensure follow-through and measure success. Follows-up with leaders and HR partners on action items.
  • Coaches Rapid Growth and Critical Talent to support their growth.
  • Partners with Talent Management COE as a liaison to our team. Participates in enterprise talent workstreams.
  • Provides analytical support for Talent Management data and feasibility of proposed business strategies. Build quarterly report on key talent management efforts.
  • Conducts research for talent management benchmarking to inform the broader strategy.
  • Participates in intake meetings for new open roles and runs internal slates for client groups in partnership with HR and TA. Facilitates Talent Talk meetings to support talent movement within our organization.

Skills/Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated Project Management capability
  • Experience working with diverse project teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical ability, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and follow through
  • Ability to manage change and work effectively in a matrixed and fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Team-oriented and works well in a collaborative environment
  • Expert with Excel and PowerPoint and other design tools (Canva, SharePoint, etc.)
  • HRIS systems experience
  • Ability to extract, organize and analyze enterprise-wide data sets from HR and operational systems such as SuccessFactors
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Must be able to work variable schedule and beyond normal business day as necessary
