Medline ReNewal in Redmond is seeking a talented engineering professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead innovative projects that enhance operational productivity and support the development of reprocessed single-use medical devices. Working under limited supervision, you’ll analyze existing processes, develop solutions, and implement new processes to improve process and labor efficiencies. Responsibilities:
Analyze, review, and recommend technological solutions and innovative techniques to reduce Medline’s expenses and improve cost structure while maintaining or improving quality.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead multiple medium scale projects from concept to realization involving individuals from multiple departments and disciplines.
- Develop project plans. These plans will include action steps, schedules, etc. to enhance ability to deliver quality projects on-time and within budget.
- Clearly communicate project status and business impact to stakeholders.
- Develop and write functional requirements, test plans, and work with production to resolve issues.
- Implement changes and process improvements within a regulated environment by providing detailed technical justifications, work instructions, and other documentation to support the quality management system
Conduct training, when appropriate, on quality assurance and/or engineering concepts and tools, including but not limited to inspection, measurement and test methods.
Utilize warehouse management and labor management systems.
Required Experience:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
Work Experience
At least 2 years engineering experience.
Technical writing, research paper writing, and/or experimental design experience.
- Applied GD&T principles for equipment design and fabrication.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Intermediate skill level in computer and systems use (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Fabrication/machining experience a plus.
- Able to clearly communicate complex engineering topics to a lay audience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$77,480.00 - $112,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
