Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Market Research analyst to lead and manage our market research initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in analyzing consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to guide business decisions. As the Market Research Manager, you will oversee research projects, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional brand and marketing teams to support the organization’s goals.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the development, execution, and management of market research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and commercial teams to understand business needs and deliver strategic insights that influence key business strategies and initiatives such as segmentation, user journey etc.
  • Design and implement custom surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies to gather actionable data.
  • Interpret research findings, generate insights, and present them in clear and compelling formats to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the use of research tools and technologies, ensuring effective and efficient data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor industry developments, market conditions, and emerging trends to keep the company informed and ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure that research findings are aligned with company goals, actionable, and provide strategic value.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders, and track the performance of market research initiatives.
  • Develop budgets for research activities and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, Sociology, Psychology, or Anthropology. (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in market research function (such as quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, fielding/recruiting, data analysis, and reporting) and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 1+ years experience managing brand trackers/ AAU either on client side or supplier side, writing RFPs for custom research projects, vendor management, stakeholder management, and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree
  • Data savvy: Ability to manage and analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Analytical; possess the ability to understand and translate research results to help tell a relevant and compelling story
  • Experience with both verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented; able to fully proof questionnaires, survey programming logic, data tables, and reports
  • Prior experience working collaboratively with team across different functions
