Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to contribute to a large enterprise design system, working closely with Token Specialists and engineering teams. This role focuses on building components, defining patterns, implementing tokens, and maintaining Figma libraries that scale across brands, platforms, and product teams.


The Senior Designer will transform token architecture into robust, reusable components, ensuring consistency, quality, and adoption across the product ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign System Component Development
  • Build high-quality Figma components that utilize design tokens and support multi-brand themes.
  • Collaborate with Token Specialists to interpret token structure into scalable UI components.
  • Manage updates, improvements, and bug fixes across libraries.
UI/UX Design & Standards
  • Apply design principles, accessibility, and brand guidelines to ensure unified user experiences.
  • Maintain consistency across responsive web and multi-platform environments.
  • Create documentation, best practices, and usage guidelines for teams using the system.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with engineering to ensure seamless component-to-code alignment.
  • Partner with product teams, accessibility specialists, and research (when needed).
  • Support governance processes and participate in system-wide design reviews.
Craft Excellence
  • Produce polished UI work, mid-to-high fidelity prototypes, and design assets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and system evolution.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
  • Strong experience working with design systems, component architecture, and Figma libraries.
  • Ability to take tokens and transform them into production-ready, scalable UI components.
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, variables, prototyping).
  • Experience designing for enterprise web applications.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Excellent visual craft, communication, and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience contributing to enterprise design systems.
  • Familiarity with Token Studio, Style Dictionary, or design-to-code workflows.
  • Experience with multi-brand or multi-theme systems.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, React, or other UI frameworks.
