Job Summary:
The Made to Order (MTO) Supervisor is responsible for managing and improving the efficiency, safety, and quality of preparations. The Supervisor is expected to collaborate with various departments and personnel in optimizing and producing anticipatory and extemporaneous prescription compounds according to production schedules and Proc. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the technology and methods used to produce these compounds are of the highest safety, quality, and productivity standards while continuously improving the compounding processes. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures are adhered to within the department. When will you work?
