Position: Network Project Manager-V

Location: Lewis Center, OH or Bridgeville, PA (2 Days in Office)

12 Month Contract w/ possible extension

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support efforts to build and activate In-Building / Venue sites for the OPW market. This includes but is not limited to construction drawings reviews, due diligence document uploads, managing material releases for equipment, and managing POs, BOMs, RFDS reviews, DAS installs, implementation and activations. A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing updates, maintaining records, working with other departments, and understanding the impact of their job to the overall business.


JOB TITLE:

Network Project Manager - V - IB/Venue

JOB DUTIES:

· Supporting the In-Building / Venue team on the project management and implementation of new and modifications of existing in-building sites

· Provide per project updates upon request and communicate clearly with the external and internal vendors

· Using system tools such as FUZE and the various modules within FUZE such as SPM and the PO Module as well as Gmail and Google Sheets

· Pursuing technical issues, problem solving, and reviewing new technical products/services to the benefit and improvement of the overall network

· Understand In-Building/DAS equipment requirements and be capable to adapt to new equipment changes based on new technologies

· Purchase order management for equipment orders issued by the successful candidate as well as provide any support for GCs

· Confer with project staff to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority

· A working knowledge of estimating, project controls, purchasing, and related project management activities

· Experience in managing previous In-Building projects from an end-to-end solution

· Experience in managing a comprehensive project team in order to deliver a safe and quality project to the client

· Examine estimates of material, equipment and production costs, performance requirements, and project schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy

· Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required

· Prepare bids, process specifications, test and progress reports and other exhibits that may be required

· Review bid from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids

· Prepare project reports for management, client, or others

· Maintain thorough documentation of all events, discussions and issues

· Provide monthly projections of the status of the project

· Attend weekly progress meetings and all other required meetings designated by Supervisor


MUST HAVE SKILLS:

· Effective communication skills

· Capable of multi-tasking project requirements

· Good organization skills

· Familiarity with cell site construction or hands-on experience with base station equipment for In-Building / DAS systems

- 5-7 years previous In-Building PM experience

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


DESIRED SKILLS:

· 2-5 years Samsung equipment and DAS equipment experience

· Have good understanding and knowledge of using FUZE or experience with project tracking databases


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
